SPECIAL BY-LAW 1

1. DEFINITIONS

In this special by-law, the terms are defined as follows:

“Building” means the whole physical structure comprising the strata scheme.

2. Lot Owners Conduct & Lot Usage

All Owners must observe the following in conducting activities within their own lots and when using the common property.

  1. No Commercial usage of any lots can be carried out by the lot owners in the business of restaurant, food outlets, grocery stores, cafes, laundromats etc. which may result in unrestricted opening of the lot access to the general public.
  2. Opening hours for professional or acceptable commerce usage are 9am to 8pm during the week and 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
  3. No business activities to be conducted in any lots may emit noise or smells outside of the lots.
  4. No outdoor seating are allowed on common area or outside of building
  5. No advertising is allowed on common property or outside of the building
  6. No goods can be displayed on common property or outside of the building for the purpose of procuring a sale
  7. No trolleys or baskets to be left on common property or outside of the building
  8. No smoking allowed on common property
