Garbage Bin Locations (Red Lid)

 Building 1– Small wrapped up household items can be disposed off in Chutes on each level. Do not dipose of any type of boxes including Pizza Boxes, etc or any large items. Anyone  caught dumping large items in the chute will be charged the fee to have the chute unblocked and repaired. Larger items should be taken to the main garbage room and placed in a red lid waste bin.

Building 3 – Garbage Bins  located in the Garbage & Recycling Room near the lobby lifts of each entrance on Level -2
Building 4 – Garbage Bins located in the main Garbage & Recycling Room near the entrance to the basement car Park

Large Household Items

The removal of Large household items is the responsibility of the resident and  may not be placed in the garbage  bin room or any other common property locations.

City of Canada Bay  Council Bulk Household Service

There two bulk household sevice collections per year in place where residents are able to place large household items on council footpath . You will be notified the week before your next scheduled collection via a pamphlet in your letterbox and notices placed in notice boards around the building.

Illegal Dumping – Including Trolleys, Large Household Items , Unbroken Cardboard, Etc.

Residents are encouraged to report any illegal dumping on common property including in garbage chute rooms and garbage & recycling bin rooms, or any area surrounding Azure. Any reports received will remain anonymous. Illegal Dumping is a serious offence and any resident caught will face enforcement action from the Owners Corporation and will be reported to Council. Alternative Disposal Options

Items can be dropped off at a Waste Transfer station for a fee. The Nearest Waste Transfer Station is located at Old Hill Link, Homebush. Alternatively you can find many local private rubbish removal companies by goggleing ‘rubbish removal rhodes’.
