New to Strata Title Living

As well as your own research, please take some time to read the educational material provided in StrataSource. Having an understanding of the workings of Strata Title as well as your rights and responsibilities will assist in making your tenure at the Azure a smooth and enjoyable one.

Procedures & By-Laws

As a new resident please get to know building By-Laws and procedures. Some of the procedures currently in place include moving in or out, apartment modifications/upgrades,  waste disposal. To view all building procedures, got to the procedures & apartment sections.  Please also review building By-laws which cover issues such as noise, keeping of pets, balconies, etc.

Management

There are four groups involved in the management of Azure which are The Owners Corporation, The Building Manager, Strata Manager and the Property Managers managing the individual rental properties.
