Access Security Swipes Issues   – If one or all your swipes are not working as they should be and providing access to the areas they are meant to, please email Video Intercom by following the ‘5 Steps to report a Defect Email Guide’ (see above). In your email make sure you include the  swipe code ( code printed on your swipe) for all your swipes including the ones that work and make sure to specify which one/s don’t work. Provide specific details about the issue. Example the Swipe may provide access via the front door but not too your level via the lift, etc.
