Electricity
Residents will need to contact a retailer of their choice directly and set up an electricty account.
Electrical Distribution Board is located above Fridge. All circuit breakers are shown in the on position. If a circuit is overloaded, it will trip the circuit.
Hot Water
Hor water system is powered by gas and therefore, hot water usage cost will form part of you gas bill.
Hot Water Meters are located either inside the storage cupboard or in the service cupboards in the common area of each floor. Each meter is labelled with its corresponding unit number.
No Hot Water
If you have no hot water in your apartment try turning on the mini cistern cock (scroll below to view more details and see image) located underneath the sink. If you still have not hot water at this point, please contact the Building Manager.
Gas
Residents will need to contact a retailer of their choice directly to set up a gas account.
Gas Meters are located in the service cupboard of each floor in the common area, other than Building 2 where they are located at the end of the basement of level -1.
Water
You are not required to set up a water account as this is automativally created during the settlement process. Owners will receive a quaterly bill for fixed charges only. Tenants will need to enquire with their Property Manager in regards to any costs relating to water use.
Main Water Tap is located inside laundry tub. This tap controls
and supplies the unit with water. In the event of a leak, turn the tap clockwise to stop supply of water into the unit.
Mini Cistern Cocks are located under Kitchen Sink, Vanities, Laundry Tub, and next to Toilets. These are designed to isolate the system they are attached to. In the event of a leak at any of these locations. Turn these taps clockwise to the off position.This will isolate its location and enable any other water source in the unit to still be operational
Daiken Condensation Drainage Line. In the event of a leak fromthis pipe, do not use your air conditioner or vanity where this pipe is located.
Washing Machine Taps Located inside the laundry tub. Connect the washing machine hoses through the hole in the side of the laundry tub to the mini cistern taps shown in the photo.
