Items that can be visible from outside the balcony including laundry must not be kept on the balcony (By-Laws 5 & 6). To read more click here.

7. Who do I contact about having household items removed?

City of Canada City Council offers a Bulk Household Service twice per annum which allows owners to place the items on the council footpath to be picked up. If you are unable to wait that long, there is a waste transfer station located in Homebush where items can be disposed of for a fee . To read more click here.

10. I wish to modify or renovate my apartment. What is the procedure?

There are procedures in place for apartment modifications and renovations.  Residents should and comply with these before starting any works. To read more click here.

13. Where Can I view and download Building By-Laws?

A summary of the By-Laws is available, but keep in mind that this is only a guide. All residents should read and familiarise themselves with all the building By-Laws which is also available for download. To read more click here.

14. What are my responsibilities as a resident in a Strata Title building?

The biggest cause of disputes in Strata Title is residents not knowing their responsibilities and obligations. We recommend that residents read the Strata Living Booklet by the Department of Fair Trading which provides great information on the workings of Strata Title.
