Executive Committee of the Owners Corporation
The Executive Committee (EC) is made of representatives of the Owners Corporation. The Committee has up to 9 members and three office bearers, the chairman, the treasurer and the secretary. The EC and the office bearers are elected each year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
In addition to the Annual General Meetings the Azure EC holds Executive Committee Meetings (ECM) throughout the year to discuss building related issues.
The EC instructs and works closely with the Building Manager and Strata Manager.

The Building Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the Azure Apartments. Building Manager also administers the public and members section of this website.

Strata Management
The Strata Manager is responsible for such duties as collecting of strata levies, maintaining trust accounts, manage and store all records and accounts, prepare and present annual financial budgets, convene and attend Executive Committee meetings, etc.
The Strata Managing Agent for Azure is Ryan Strata Management.
