Carwash Bay

• Carwash bay shall only be used for the purpose of washing an occupier’s vehicle, except with the prior written permission from the owners corporation
• The carwash bay must not be used as visitor parking or temporary parking, except with the prior written permission from the owners corporation
• Please note that service vehicles including cleaners, building managers, lift technicians and any other vehicle whose number plate has been registered with the owners corporation is permitted to park in the carwash bay.

 Occupier using the carwash bay must:

1. Turn off all taps after using;
2. Leave the carwash bay clean and tidy
3. Use the water provided at the carwash bay for car wash purpose only
4. Have regard to the safety of pedestrians and traffic.
5. Not perform degreasing, engine washing or mechanical work at the carwash bay
6. Comply with any carwash guidelines provided by the owners corporation
