Your Parking Space

No Storage of Items – Under no circumstances are any items to be stored on parking spaces (By-Law 16).

Clean & Tidy – Your Parking Space must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

Oil Stains – Please ensure there are no oil stains or spills on any part of your parking space or any part of the common property. You may be issued with a notice to clean these areas or with the bill to have any oil stains removed.
